Add XCharter to “Transitional” stack

TeXlive and some Linux system don’t have the very unicode-limited “Bitstream Charter” anymore, but instead XCharter, which are

[…] extensions of the Bitstream Charter fonts, adding oldstyle figures, superior figures and small caps in all four styles.
