These Docker images generate new Docker images with customized versions of Ceph. These "Docker daemon images" contain all the binaries for running each of the Ceph daemons (e.g., MON, MDS, OSD, etc.). This framework is meant to accommodate Ceph developers -- so making changes and re-building Ceph should be easy.
