Error in .env file - wrong description to variable MICROBIN_FOOTER_TEXT

Studying your code found an error in commentary describing env variable MICROBIN_FOOTER_TEXT=. Probably, it's not related to administrator interface, but to footer content. Can you correct description, because it's not clear what does this env variable exactly do in code.

Noticed this as well when deploying, seems it was changed (on accident?) in a previous PR. Opened a simple PR to revert it #343.
