Adding link to documentation via information icon

When hovering over any MaTeX function, it will be nice to have the information icon point to the documentation like shown here: https://reference.wolfram.com/language/workflow/FindHelpOnAFunction.html.

It would indeed be nice. Do you have any references for how to accomplish this for packages? I suspect that Mathematica itself needs to add support for this, as I'm not to keen to start relying on yet another undocumented feature that might break in future versions ...
