Organization/DSO Management

We need a new section in the admin panel called Organizations.

1. Fields: Title, Description, Homepage, URL.
2. Availability in Configuration Profiles: You can select which Configuration Profiles will be available when creating schemas inside of it. This is required in order to decrease the amount of possible options when selecting a DSO for a Schema.
3. Mappers: When looking at an organization, let's show a list of related Mappers.
4. Schemas: When looking at an organization, let's show a lis of related mappings, where this organization acts as a DSO.
