Hello, I did a geekbench 5 test of the processor and got the following results: singlcore - 641 and multicore - 2273 on your build.
On Windows, this laptop dials 1047 to 3750.
And also on the hackintosh assembly from the forum, it dials 950 and 3500.

Could you explain why your EFI performance has dropped so much and could you fix and update your efi?

Try disabling power management kexts or modify them to high performance also you can try to change SMBIOS.
