examples/basic_usage.py works for 0.8 sec, not 0.2

examples/basic_usage.py works for 0.8 sec, not 0.2. Both on Intel Cascade Lake (on GCP a2-highgpu-1g instance) and 8 × 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-11300H @ 3.10GHz.
What can be the reason? How to make it faster?

I ran the test on Threadripper 5975WX. I just ran it now again and got 0.18s. I am not sure why. It can't be the read/write speed since it's measured after the model and the audio is loaded. It could be due to espeak's dictionary loading from disk.
If you want instant speed for clean english then a pre-loaded MFA instance will be faster since it doesn't depend on dependencies, and you can pre-load dictionaries and the audio model. If you are not using clean english, then wait for me to finish the ONNX model, but I have to remove the phonemizer dependency before I can finish that.

I call process_sentence twice, to exclude possible warm-up issues, time is always the same. I hope espeak don't load everything twice:) But I'll think about it.
