🚀 - Add fullscreen support

Description

We need to be able to support making elements fullscreen. Currently all portals like hints, dropdown, dialogs – all stop working after .requestFullscreen(). Possibly we can make a Fulscreen directive to encapsulate this, or maybe add official support for nesting tui-root
