• Preconfirmation Without Whitelist

  This milestone enables permissionless preconfirmations by leveraging URC and Lookahead mechanisms instead of whitelists. It still uses the Taiko Pacaya hard fork. The main focus is on using URC to support preconfirmations in a fully permissionless way with slashing enabled. This milestone depends on EIP‑7917 (Deterministic proposer lookahead) being live on Ethereum mainnet and will be built on top of the Shasta fork design.
