You might wish to combine this approach with the more recent video on using a reverse proxy to connect to services via Tailscale. In this way, you can connect to remote services via whatever domain you configure in your reverse proxy, and not have to connect individual containers together or mess with individual app configs. Pros and cons to each approach of course.

Individual app configuration, in this case Scrutiny, is largely an exercise for the reader. I'm sure you can appreciate that we can't cover how to configure 3rd party software in a meaningfully useful manner. That said, it looks like you can configure the Scruntiny application itself using these parameters. Good luck!

So to summarize, with this tailscale method it can only automatically serve apps on port 80. You need to find a way to get the docker image built, or configured to run on port 80 to serve it at http://container-name
