Unable to generate tailwind.config.ts when creating a Next.js project

I ran the command npx create-next-app@latest name to init a next project. And I'm pretty sure I choose "Yes" for the option to use Tailwind. But it just didn't generate tailwind.config.ts. Am I missing something that I haven't installed?

You haven't missed anything. Tailwind does not need a tailwind.config.ts file.
