i could'nt install tailwind v3 with next.js latest version

i'm a frontend beginner, i install Next.js and tailwind v3 i did everything but tailwind doesn't work . Really i don't know what i should do.

Do you have a requirement to use v3? If not, try following the Next.js guide for v4. Otherwise, try ensuring you've followed the steps for v3.
