Tailwind 4.3.0: Utilities with an asterisk do not work as expected

Hey there. 👋 I've run into an issue where the utility isn't working.

In this example, the capsized-* utility does not work with Tailwind version 4.3.0. It is unclear from the release notes whether this change was intentional or a mistake. Thanks!

It seems you were relying on unintentional behavior, as per #20005.
