parse-push-plugin not compatible with cordova 9

I want to add parse-push-plugin to my project ionic with following command:
ionic cordova plugin add parse-push-plugin

but throw error:
Failed to install 'parse-push-plugin': CordovaError: Using "requireCordovaModule" to load non-cordova module "path" is not supported. Instead, add this module to your dependencies and use regular "require" to load it.
