Can the definitions feature of DrRacket editor be made to work with the sweet expressions? Or emacs?

Can the definitions feature of DrRacket editor (lower-case delta δ drop-down list near the upper left) be made to work with sweet expressions? I find this feature of DrRacket extremely convenient and valuable, but it does not work with this notation.

Or what about the Emacs racket mode?
