docs: soften hero ASCII striping with bayer dither

The vinescii opening renders the logo in crisp green ASCII; sharp
quantization made the character grid read as striping. Switch to fine
bayer dithering (breaks the grid into a soft glow) with a lighter blur
and saturation. Keeps deep blacks and the crisp trademark logo.
