[TASK] Create script/API for calculating on-chain TVL (DeFi Llama)

Tried this one, but it's a bit annoying. Defi llama is using pure JS no TS and it's hard to read the docs on how to approach in our case (custom Substrate chain). Open for you guys in case you'd like to give it a try @AtelyPham @danielbui12

@drewstone Is this critical for restaking season 1 pre-launch? I've tried myself & also spoke to Pavan, it seems that defi llama docs are quite hard / time consuming to navigate / how to properly go about this.
