Dear tannerhelland,

your application is simply amazing, incredible, a genius work.

I used it in production as I needed to abandon all closed source software, and I totally forgot that is an application based on my favorite language.
It was so impressive to recognize: At one point I got a little frustrated because I did not understand how something works, and I entirely forgot that I could have pressed the Pause button in the IDE and simply look at what is happening.

I totally forgot as I was so absorbed in this wonderful application of yours which lead me into a new world.

I've used GIMP and Photoshop (i think PS 5 was my first version) since 2000. I wrote a book on how to use GIMP comparing the basic image editing functions to PS in 2005, and still think GIMP is awful. For quick edits and image annotations on the go I've used Pixlr until they went subscription. I've found my new go to. Seriously this is such a great app. I'm only a few minutes in and the interface is intuitive, and has the tools I need. I'm so impressed I had to post to say thanks!

Thank you so much for the kind words! I feel like development always moves too slowly, but positive feedback helps a lot to keep me motivated to improve PhotoDemon further. ❤️

I hope to have a new stable release ready in the next few weeks, so hopefully there will be one more round of improvements to share before 2026 arrives.

i cannot prevent myself from adding to the appreciation of the software ... also i totally agree with antonion... because VB6 is my favourite language too ... and i still maintain an ERP in VB6
