In project logs, the header line blocks the view of the last commit - this also happens in other places

Description

There's a header line that blocks some of the views. Here's a picture of project logs to demonstrate the problem.
In this case, the header line blocks my last commit. I can only see the one before the last one.

This happens also in project diff preview, or when writing the commit message (I can't see what I'm writing, because the header line is blocking it, however, I can type the message anyway). Possibly it happens in other places as well.
