Add Support for VS Code Project Manager Extension

Currently, this plugin discovers workspaces from  built-in recent workspace lists stored in storage.json or state.vscdb files. The custom workspace feature of [vscode-project-manager](https://github.com/alefragnani/vscode-project-manager) is very popular. Do you plan to provide support for this vscode extension?
