Consider using decent containers

Now we use `std::map` for futures, `std::string` for Errors and so on. We could optimize such places:
1. Try to use STL containers with custom allocators.
2. Use our own blazingly fast containers. Also, we could allow to specify user's his own containers as template parameters of a `Connector`.
