Spotter

A spotter which shows the distance and the overlap to the cars around you.

My thinking around this is we know the track length and % of track completed. We can probably assume the car is about 4.5 meters. Plus the Left/Right/LeftRight flags indicate there's an active overlap. So we should be able to interoperalate this pretty easily.

The only issue is I'm not 100% sure how to know who's on the left and who's on the right if there's three wide (or other three-wide cases). This would be needed to know what the overlap is for each car is.
