Update to Azure Storage 3.0 #4
Description
It seems SnowMaker (on NuGet) has a hard dependency of Azure Storage 2.0 (SpecifiedVersion = true?). Since we now have Storage 3.0 my project gets errors/warnings because SnowMaker requires 2.0. Please update and/or remove the hard requirement for version 2.
