Integrate FOSS models into DAU dashboard

We need to ensure that dau-dashboard is easy to self host and provide configurations for someone to get started immediately and also gradually enable features they might need.

Which foss models are accessible could be a configuration and it could be empty by default.

For now, lets use docker-compose.yml to enable bringing up postgres, dau-dashboard and few feluda workers that we might need.
