[global-shortcut] MetaLeft is not valid

For some reason, the MetaLeft key does not get recognized as valid by the npm library. Can it be that multiple keys stated in the [rust docs](https://docs.rs/tauri-plugin-global-sh) are not implemented, as I had this exact problem with MediaTrackPrevious before.
