Allow only one message per user in jobs channel #155
Description
When a user posts a new message the bot should delete all other messages by that user in the jobs channel.
Thought about making that depend on the Looking for Job tab but i'm afraid this may lead to tag abuse. Or less toxic, the people that accidentally use the wrong one or omit it completely.
