Improve settings of time axis for TaurusTrend2D #197
Description
(from ALBA's internal RT#57461)
The settings for the time axis of a TaurusTrend2D should allow the same kind of settings as those for TaurusTrend (currently only begin and end epoch can be configured) .
Also, these settings should be stored in the configuration dict.
