Add Google Docs checkbox understanding

Currently the MCP server writes [x] or DONE for completed checkbox items, regardless of if the line starts with an actual checkbox or not.

I would like the MCP server to understand how to check boxes that already exist in a document when it is updating it.

If I have time I'll see if I can contribute this, but just wanted to write it down first.

@taylorwilsdon #528 addressed the read side (rendering checkboxes as - [ ]/- [x]), but the original ask was about writing — actually toggling checkbox state when updating a doc. That still isn't supported. Should this be reopened or should I file a new issue?

Checking the box works just fine for me, I had it do several in testing

@taylorwilsdon Does it work for native checkboxes or MD checkboxes? the original PR was targeted towards the native ones and I don't see any code that would allow it to handle the "native" checkboxes

I had it create, convert and check boxes in docs without issues - they reflected in the google doc in real time. I used claude code and open webui as the client with gemini and sonnet as the models.
