add table alias and quotes

where generator should be able to handle table alias, and/or should also quote column names.
WHERE ((t.\foo` = 3) AND (t.`price` < 10)) ORDER BY t.`price`

The where generator already handle table names.
For example, if you query :

(t.status=new|t.status=accepted)&sort(-t.date_insert)&limit(25)

the generated SQL is :

WHERE ((t.status = 'new') OR (t.status = 'accepted')) ORDER BY t.date_insert DESC LIMIT 25

Could you explain what is wrong for you or why you would like to quote column names?
SQL injection is not possible on column name as it can not contain spaces.
