Problem with my inverter

Hello,
Since yesterday, I have a problem with my inverter hoymiles HM-400.

The Open-DTU said this :
HM-400 Serial Number: xxx Current Limit: 100.0% Max Power : 400 W DATA age : xxxxxxx sec. The information was on a red

I tried to restart my inverters and all data was erase and now, I have no information. The inverter is off, no more power but it's still sunny outside.

Have you an idea to help me ?

It looks like OpenDTU cannot talk to your inverter anymore. Please check the inverter, fuses and the wiring, AC and DC. If the inverter LED doesn't flash, it is better to wait until tomorrow.

It's the same with my Shelly, nothing for today.
On my inverter, the LED isn't flashing from yesterday.

Do you have a backup inverter? It could be that your HM-400 went south.

@Sebthebest : One question ....Do you have a shelly between AC and inverster ? If yes, please check the shelly settings or try a test without your shelly. Some shelly's default settings after power off/on are stay OFF. In 2022 i had the same problem ;-)

@mroenne2022 : yes but I put a light on the plug and it's working. I put the inverter on another plug without shelly and fuse, and it's still not working.
