Menu button in narrow-width window does not work on touch devices

The header’s menu button (which appears when the page’s window is narrow, e.g., on smartphones) is activated only by cursor hover. This means that the button does not work on touch devices. It should match the main website’s menu button and activate on click/touch instead.
