How Well is TC39 Communicating Externally

In 2018 I ran a [survey](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1n_beAZcj2LN-msiRw5nmn4cs2vMbOcXd1Rmn_-UAWNI/edit?gid=0#gid=0) to see how we were doing in terms of external communication to our developer population. It gave us a list of frustrations that we then set about addressing. Should we do a repeat / run another developer engagement survey to see what else needs doing?
