Light/Dark theme not applying correctly across UI components

Bug: Light/Dark mode not switching properly

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to settings UI
2. Switch from Light → Dark
3. Some components (sidebar / cards / background) don't update theme

Expected:
Theme should apply to all components.

Actual:
Only partially changes.
