Video tutorials

Although the offline documention does a general overview of "what's in there", it really doesn't cover the "what can be done with it" piece, which is IMHO the most important piece...

We need tutorials in video format that shows things like:

1. What's gameeky about and how to install it.
2. How to install and play games.
3. How to create scenes from an existing thematic pack.
4. How to add new entities to an existing thematic pack.
5. How to use scenes to teach python programming.
6. How to extend entities with plugin actuators.
7. Then more advance topics like how to start a thematic pack from scratch.

Not exactly the same, but once my GUADEC talk is published I should include it in the main README.
