artifacts/files/logs/journal.yaml should not traverse entire file system

The path: setting artifacts/files/logs/journal.yaml is / resulting in an entire directory traversal. This should be /var/log or possibly even /var/log/journal, because that is where these files will be found. There is no Systemd setting to move the journal files from this location.
