Make "markdown-link-check" automatically add .md extension

Summary

For me "markdown-link-check" flags this link as invalid: [later on](./10-arrays-and-tuples)

In VS Code I can click the link to land on "./10-arrays-and-tuples.md" but "markdown-link-check" doesn't automatically add the ".md" extension. Is there a config flag to do so? That would be amazing!
