• I am upgrading the {fdatest} package which I expect to reach CRAN later this year along with an update to {inphr} accordingly;

• Integration with {infer} / tidymodels in general;

• Update of {flipr} which will enable ANOVA and regression as well;

• More documentation for introducing users to

  • permutation testing and in particular non-parametric combination;
  • interval-wise testing and their alternatives.

• Tests for multivariate vectorizations of PH data;

• Investigate rhub issues.

Scientific results to add:

• Port {TDA} inference tools (subsampling: hausdInterval(), bootstrap: bootstrapBand(), bootstrapDiagram(), multipBootstrap());
• Confidence bands or confidence regions (within a diagram and for a sample);
• Kernels for diagrams (cf {kernelTDA}); maybe implement kernels in {TDAvec} ?
