LAG problem when recording videos - Freeze for 4 or 6 seconds

LAG problem when recording videos, they freeze every few minutes for at least 5 seconds. It doesn't happen in all streams, but in some it does. Is there a way to change the output format from .TS to .MP4 or .MKV? Thank you.

I don't know a solution, but i would expect it to be a bottleneck, either on your computer with your net connection. I don't think writing to another container like MKV would change anything in that regard.

It really strikes me as odd that it's a bottleneck. My network has a 1GB LAN connection, and the PC is an Intel 5 server with 8GB of RAM.
But I'll keep investigating. Thank you very much for your response.
