Accessibility for hanko elements #2215

Describe the bug
Currently I see no easy way to add a focus border or other indication that the element is focused on for all elements in hanko that can be interacted with.
This is especially true for the profile page.
Here I would want to add a focus indicator for example for the "Manage authenticator app" lettering and then expand it with clicking enter.
Reproducing the bug
Go to the Profile Page.
Try to focus with the "Tab" key.
Try to expand a focused element with the "Enter" key.
You neither see a uniform focus border. Nor can you configure it easily with css.
You are not able to expand elements with the enter key nor is it configurable.
