I want to invite supporters from a trusted helpdesk company into my Teamviewer instance. They are already using TV so we have found a great working solution, I need to automate:

1: go into “xxxx computers”, Edit - Add a contact using the supporters email which is their own TV login.

2: go to the group “xxxx Computers” and find the new contact and chooose Properties. Set permissions for the new contact to read-only permissions.

Now the supporter can see all computers in their TV view - after accepting the invite

I also need to be able to revoke a contact

as for making devices visible we recommend using "managed groups"
