First. Wow! Awesome application. I've not seen many projects that worked that well out-of-the-box!

Describe the feature you'd like
I would have some ideas. Not sure if I haven't found the possibilities or probably they are not there yet. Currently, I would only use it as a Live-TV app. So for me it would be great if the user could show/hide the "Favourites", "Live-TV", "TV Guide", "Movies" and "Series" tabs. Also an option to directly jump to a specific tab during startup (e.g. Live-TV) and also to start with the latest channel immediately would be great.
Additionally, I don't have any categories for my channels. So all show as Uncategorized. It would be great if there would be an option to remove this hierarchy then. Just show all flat.

Use Case
Faster startup times. Removes unnecessary clicks during startup.
