feat: add performance benchmarking and optimizations

Since TPPDF is now running satisfactorily, I only use the official version. I noticed that in the previous version, the generation of about 100 pages takes about 8 seconds. The current version takes about 12 seconds. The pages consist of a connected table with 5 columns.

Could you work on optimizing the loops etc.?

We could monitor this by creating performance tests.
I currently do not have any time to work on TPPDF. PR are always welcome!

I do not have a good way to test this, but the new table calculations logic in #181 will affect this issue, therefore I will mark it for now.
