DecapCMS Improving label descriptions when creating Events

As an event organiser, I want to be confident I know what each field is used for when visiting .https://techworkerscoalition.org/admin page
In the following DecapCMS Config file change the following

• Change Date (use New York time) to What time is the event using Eastern Standard Time? (e.g NYC
• Change Time zones to What time zone(s) should be publicized for this event?
• Change Preview image and SEO to Use this image for display-preview
