Data Migration from Version 11.1.031 to Version 16.3.7

I'm here to request guidance, help, or a solution to the problem I'm currently experiencing. I was assigned the task of migrating the TCExam software from version 11.1.031 to version 16.3.7. A new server with updated specifications was used. After installing TCExam version 16.3.7, it was not possible to use the same database from the old version because its structure has changed with respect to the new version.
I would like to know how to migrate data from the old version 11.1.031 to version 16.3.7.
