Last second of audio not saved

The last second or less of audio is not being saved. If I reduce the timeslice from 1000 to 100 then only the last tenth of a second is lost, but this is not a solution.

Given I record an audio of 2 seconds
when I play the audio back
then the last second is not audible, not played
