Reminder of the regular creation of data backups #935

Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Creating regular data backups is essential to avoid data loss in the event of an attack by spyware or ransomware, and yet it is very often forgotten.

Unfortunately, it cannot be repeated often enough: "No backup? No sympathy!"

Describe the solution you'd like
To prevent it from being forgotten in the future when using Timeshift, it would certainly not be unwise if a - deliberately intrusive (because people are lazy and probably wouldn't do it otherwise) regular notification "No data backup has been created for X days - please make one promptly!" appeared explicitly during the setup.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively, an informed approach could be taken. This would mean that when setting up timeshift, the importance of regular data backups would be explicitly pointed out and why it is really explicitly recommended to create regular data backups.
