Support custom CPU model

Currently, the CPU model is hardcoded in the testcloud/domain_configuration.py. Could we add an option that allows users to customize the CPU model? For example:

provision:
    how: virtual
    cpu_model: x86-64-v3

[therazix]

The implementation would be done through hardware requirements.
