Separate "local cwd" and "remote cwd" in Guest.execute()

As ow now, there is just cwd parameter, and Guest.execute() propagates it down to Common.run(), which may result in errors when the supposedly remote path does not exist locally.

Revealed in connection with the internal errata plugin, workaround exists, applied downstream. Would be good to fix soon.
