Settings cannot be saved (again)

Describe the bug
You can't save configuration changes in the applet.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the applet window
2. Navigate to Config
3. Change anything and press save
4. Swap to another tab and back
5. Settings will have reverted

Expected behavior
Configuration changes should save.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows
• Version 10 22H2 (19045.3570)

if you had updated the extension, can you try to reset default and then restart the adobe app

Seems like nothing changed, I'm using photoshop if it matters.

try going to
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\cep_cache
there will be 2 folders called

delete both of them

Are u able to save in other adobe apps or is it just photoshop

I tested premiere pro as well, same issue occurs.
