Solution or any hint for chall 13: HTML Entitites?

I tried to get XSS in chall 13 HTML Entities but nothing to work :< I dont know it because my bad or maybe something wrong. So I create this issue.
If all code in chall 13 is right, can you tell me some hints to solve chall 13?
